To initiate a return or exchange, please submit your request within 7 days of delivery. Our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days. Once we receive the item, we’ll reach out to confirm and process your request.
Please ensure all returned items are unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and are sent back with their original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
